A multinational utility company that provides energy across 6 states, parents 6 operating subsidiaries, and houses over 20,000 employees; with such a reach this Fortune 100 company requires an intranet that can meet all their employees’ demands. Their existing site operated off an outdated 2003 SharePoint model and was struggling to keep up with the demand of their employees.
The information housed internally for this company is used by numerous field workers, with access to that information being the difference between safety regulations and workplace catastrophes; especially when it comes to dealing with power lines and industrial machinery.

Over the course of four months, my team and I worked alongside our clients and our team of developers within an Agile project structure to create an intranet that met all our client’s requirements, and then some.
My role for this engagement was Lead UX Designer, overseeing my team of UX designers and content strategists.
