Since 2016, Wais has taken an empathetic, narrative-driven lens to improve the lives of a digital-focused society, one experience at a time.
With 6+ years of experience in the industry, I have had the privilege of working with various clients across diverse industries, including airlines, automotive, banking, ecommerce, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and many more.
My expertise spans the entire UX design process, from conducting ideation and user research to creating wireframes and prototyping to conducting usability testing.
In addition to my design work, I also create graphic designs and do video production. In my free time I tend to read and write as well as dabble in digital art, that is if I can pull myself away from my Nintendo Switch.
Through a combination of research, psychology, and creativity, I strive to uncover user needs and translate them into seamless, user-friendly interfaces. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I bring ideas to life. I strive to build a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
